If you would like to join our box scheme please call Caitriona on 086 3623918 or email us at organicrepublic@gmail.com

We need to know your name, address and eircode if available, contact number, where we should leave the box if you are out and most importantly what kind of box you would like (including a list of anything you would not like to receive or may be allergic to).

Alternatively, you can find us in person at our Organic Republic farmers market stall in the following locations:

Tuesday: Macroom, 9 to 2pm

Thursday: Mahon Point, 9 to 2 pm

Friday: Bantry, 9 to 2pm

Saturday: Midleton, Corn market street and Douglas Farmers market, Cork 9 to 1 pm

PRIVACY POLICY (GPDR)

Our privacy policy informs you of how Organic Republic takes care of your data, which you entrusted to us when you signed up for our home delivery service. This is usually a contact number and or a contact email address and a delivery address.

How we store your data:

The Organic Republic customer file is stored on the PC in our office. The Secretary has access to this file in order to update addresses and phone numbers when customers request to update information therein. The delivery person also has a hard copy. These paper forms are stored in a locked cabinet in the office which is locked at night.

What we do with your data:

We use it solely to be able to locate where we ought to send your delivery to.

How long we keep your data :

Data is kept on a yearly basis unless a customer requests to cancel their home deliveries. In this case they will be removed from the database immediately.

How we contact you :

We contact you by email and occasionally by phone or via our Organic Republic Facebook page/Messenger/Whats App if deemed necessary.

You can opt out and unsubscribe from the deliveries at any stage. In this case we will not contact you again unless a payment is Due.
